SMS Notification
Hethey sends out SMS alerts for order, payment, delivery and return status of orders.
You will be automatically signed up to receive SMS alerts for all orders once you place an order on hetheygrocry.ch The alerts will be sent to the mobile number registered on Your Account. If you do not have a mobile number registered on Your Account, SMS alerts will be sent to the mobile number associated with the delivery address selected during checkout. This number will also be updated on Your Account and used for all future order-related SMS.
SMS updates are sent out for the following events:

- SMS alerts for order confirmation are sent immediately after an order is placed
Change Mobile Number for SMS Alerts
To change the mobile number on which you would like to receive SMS alerts, go to Account Information in the Settings section on the Your Account page and enter the desired mobile number.Unsubscribe SMS alerts
To unsubscribe, go to Account Information in the Settings section on the Your Account page and select the Unsubscribe option.
