Indredients:

  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cardamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 black cardamon
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 5 cashews
  • 2 almond
  • 2 green chilli
  • 5 onion diced
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 4 mint leaf
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1tspn jeera
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tspn coriander powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric powder
  • 4 tspn salt
  • 5 tspn chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp goda masala
  • 2tbsp saoji garam masala

 

Step By step Cooking Description: 

Recipe for 1kg chicken -

Step 1- Indredients

  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cardamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 5 cashews
  • 2 almond
  • 5 onion diced

Take 4 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry all the above ingredients till golden brown. Once done, cool and grind them in mixer jar. Keep it aside.

Step 2Indredients

  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 4 mint leaf
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Put all the step 2 ingredients in mixer jar and make puree. Keep it aside.

Step 3- Take a pan and add 4 tbsp oil. Once oil is heated add diced chicken and allow it to semi cook. Check and keep it aside.

Step 4 ( Final step) - Indredients

  • 1tspn jeera
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tspn coriander powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric powder
  • 4 tspn salt
  • 5 tspn chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp goda masala
  • 2 tbsp saoji garam masala

Take a kadhai/pan and add oil as per your wish.

Add step 4 ingredients one by one with continuous stirring.

After adding garam masala add step 1 paste and mix until homogeneous.

Allow it to cook until oil ooze out.

Then add step 2 puree and allow it to cook for 5 mins.

Then add semi cooked chicken and mix well.

Allow it cook for 5 mins.

Add 2 glass of water for thin curry chicken.

Allow it to cook for 15 mins.

And Saoji chicken is ready.
