Non-Fresh Foods/Dry Items

 

-If the product is unavailable with our merchants
-If the product is damaged
-If the product mismatches the order

We shall send you a comment with the shipment for return arrangements and redelivery of the item or make a refund within 5-7 working days.

 

Fresh Foods Returns/Replacements 

Although we deliver maintain time controlling the temperatures of perishable items and take care of the items are safe & hygienic, there might be rare cases that the fruits and vegetables may not be fresh and alongside they can have minor damages while delivering. In such cases we accept returns and we ask you to take a picture of the damaged items and email to orders@hethey.ch. 

We shall create return arrangements and redelivery of the item or make a refund within 5-7 working days.
