Although we deliver maintain time controlling the temperatures of perishable items and take care of the items are safe & hygienic, there might be rare cases that the fruits and vegetables
may not be fresh and alongside they can have minor damages while delivering. In such cases we accept returns and we ask you to take a picture of the damaged items and email to email@example.com.
The customer services will call you for return arrangements. We do not have a cashback policy, instead, we give you a voucher with additional allowances that you can use at any of our stores( Hethey.ch, Hethey Hotel Booking & Buyfood.ch) or you can replace the order.
In case if you require a different product for the same price, you can call our customer service, they would assist you with the process.
